Tucked around the corner from the concierge desk are three, two seater booths .

Separated from the ground floor lounge, this is a great spot for an informal interview or working space away from the office.

These spaces are not bookable, and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Level 1 Breakout spaces are the perfect spot to step away from your desk to get a change of scenery. With slightly less foot traffic than ground floor, this is the perfect place to step away and take that phone call out of the office.

Important to note, all of our spaces have wireless phone charging, meaning you can work with ease wherever you are.

The Landscape Plaza is the perfect spot to step out of the office and enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

The Plaza is popular with the community, with many people grabbing lunch from Frankie Collins and enjoying the beautiful afternoon sunshine. It is a great spot to meet friends or colleagues working in the city, without having to walk away from the building.

For colder months, this space is equipped with heaters, ensuring it is a comfortable spot to get away from the desk regardless of Melbourne weather.
